Sumit's Yoga

What’ is Sumit’s Yoga ?

Sumit Banerjee created a sequence in 2004, which combined the poses from Bikram Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. The class is for ALL Levels.

He also added the element of music which synchronized with the four unique flows that he put in a particular order. Initially Sumit named his class Yoga Fusion as what he was wanting to achieve is the best of both worlds ( Bikram + Flow). As his class was unique and he didn’t want to confuse his students he ended up calling this class Sumit’s Yoga.

Since 2004, Sumit has trained thousands of teachers and students who fell in love with this blend.

“I wanted to create something for all in mind, something fun so i added music , yet staying true to the discipline and healing aspect of the Yoga practice”. Sumit

Sumits unique flow is the most popular yoga class practiced all over Arizona and is taught all over the world in different studios.

Sumits Yoga is taught in a Hot room over 80 mins or 60 mins and has the same structure but with some variations of the poses.

Hot Yoga

Step into the world of hot yoga and prepare to transform your body and mind. This challenging practice takes traditional yoga to a whole new level, combining the benefits of yoga with the intensity of a heated room. As you flow through the sequences in a room set to around 100 degrees Fahrenheit, your body will be pushed to its limits, allowing you to release toxins and deepen your stretches like never before. Not only will you break a sweat, but you'll also feel your muscles becoming stronger and more toned over time. But hot yoga isn't just about the physical benefits. The heat and humidity of the room create a unique environment that helps you achieve a deeper level of mental focus and relaxation. As you navigate the poses and control your breath in the midst of the heat, you'll find a sense of stillness and presence that can carry over into your daily life. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, hot yoga can offer a transformative experience for your body and mind. So grab your mat, embrace the heat, and prepare to sweat it out.
